What if aesthetics could be even better?

Do you work in aesthetics but feel that things could be done in a better way? Such as: more time with each patient, not pushing products and procedures that aren't in someone's best interest, using science based approaches instead of just marketing (i.e. safer, cleaner products); and how about creating beautiful, artistic results instead of just injecting everyone the same? Overall, just a less corporate environement?

In addition to all of the above, how about: a collaborative work environment where you feel appreciated, supported, and love your team? Your leaders are involved and want to help you grow and reach your personal goals? There's even a book-club to promote personal growth!

Despite the seemingly cush description above, we do also value a hustler. Someone that takes pride in what they do and always does their best work. Someone that can anticipate needs, works well with others, and wants to help grow a business.

The benefit of being part of an evolving team is the opportunity for growth. We want to help those that help themselves. Show the initiative and after a few years you could be considered for profit share and even partnership opportunities.

If all of the above is of interest to you, and you are an experienced NP injector. Please apply and let us know why you would be a good fit! Please also see notes and required experience below :)

A few things to note:

  • EXPERIENCED candidates only. Do not apply if you have no injecting experience.
  • Pay is dependent on experience, how much training is needed, how much candidate is a willing to participate in growing the business as well as desired growth path
  • Part time to start on trial basis with opportunity to grow into full time
  • Collaborative, friendly work environment
  • Holistic approach to patient care

READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING PLEASE

Required experience**

  • At least 2 years of RN experience in acute care (ICU/PCU preferred)
  • Current NP license and prescriptive authority for FNP or AGNP
  • At least 2-year of NP experience in clinic or hospital setting
  • 1-year minimum of injection experience

Preferred experience:

  • Education and/or experience in business/finance (for those wanting to really grow within the company)
  • Experience in functional or integrative medicine
  • Experience with wellness services: IV, HRT, GLP-1 micro-dosing/titration
  • ACLS experience (emergencies still happen in aesthetics)
  • 3+ years experience as a NP
  • 2+ years injecting experience
  • Customer service experience in prior job roles

Please attach a resume and a cover letter (or message) telling us about you and why you would be a good fit for this position. If you do not write anything about why you are applying you will be immediately rejected.
