Job Description
Our busy plastic surgery practice is growing and we are looking for a forward-thinking, business-minded Operations Manager! As Operations Manager, you are the main administrative support for the Physician and Practice. You must possess strong relationship building and management skills, enjoy delivering excellent customer service and have a serious interest the Practice's success. Your leadership will be a key component to maintaining staff morale and productivity. Must be self-driven, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staff and establish leadership for practice growth
- Ensure accuracy and performance of business operations, A/R
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and customer service
- Manage practice growth and marketing
- Facilities management to maximize practice performance
- Work closely with the Physician to analyze practice KPIs
Qualifications
- HR experience (2yrs)
- Practice Management (2yrs)
- Marketing (2yrs)
- Excellent computer skills, writing/communication skills, MS Office proficiency, data analysis
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
