We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our team. Reporting to the Medical Director and working closely with the founder, the Aesthetic Injector will administer medical aesthetic treatments including lasers, injectables, body contouring, skin tightening, peels, and hormone replacement therapy. The ideal candidate will possess advanced hands-on experience, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on services, treatments, and values
- Perform comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Provide exceptional client care with thorough documentation of treatments and patient communications
- Adhere to sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols to maintain high medical standards
- Promote at-home skincare programs and meet retail sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, patient concerns, and business operations
- Support staff training and contribute to innovation within the practice
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with EMR and PM systems for timely charting
- Ability to uphold the practice’s professional dress code and hygiene standards
- Willingness to participate in continuing education seminars and contribute to educational content
Education & Experience:
- Active state NP/PA license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
- Advanced training in injectables, PRP, GLP-1, HRT, and wellness
- Knowledge of lasers, body contouring, and skin tightening preferred
- Commitment to attending 2 external trainings per year
