With decades of experience in the aesthetics industry, we're bringing a state-of-the-art med spa to Raleigh, NC, focusing on functional aesthetics & wellness. We offer a personalized, bioregenerative approach to skincare and anti-aging treatments with an emphasis on long-term skin health, rather than quick fixes. We’re looking for an experienced Aesthetic NP/PA to join our team and be part of shaping a fresh approach to skin health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive skin/facial assessments and create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals and budget
• Provide results-oriented medical treatments focusing on long-term skin health using holistic approaches
• Administer aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with precision, artistry, and care
• Stay current with the latest in aesthetic treatments, trends, and technologies through continuous professional development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Cultivate strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Support our mission of promoting natural, bioregenerative skin health solutions and achieving optimal results

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a NP/PA in North Carolina
• A minimum of 3 years of experience performing aesthetic injections (neuromodulators and fillers) in a medical spa or similar setting
• Advanced knowledge of skincare treatments and technologies (e.g., injectables, facial balancing, resurfacing, wellness injections)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Passion for holistic, client-centered skincare and wellness
• Ability to work full-time (36-40 hours per week with flexibility Monday-Saturday) in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
