We are seeking a passionate and driven Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment with continued training in the latest aesthetic treatments. We’re also hiring a part-time provider to assist with laser treatments on high-volume injectable days, ensuring the best experience for both clients and providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer injectable treatments such as toxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to educate patients on treatment options, product benefits, pricing, and expected outcomes.
- Develop and sell personalized treatment plans that support both the patient’s aesthetic goals and the spa’s sales objectives.
- Drive monthly treatment and product sales through patient rebooking, package sales, and membership promotion.
- Collaborate with other providers and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to follow-up.
- Remain current on industry advancements and regularly attend trainings, product demos, and continuing education sessions.
Qualifications
- Valid RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Virginia
- Certified and experienced in aesthetic injectables, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable techniques
- Prior experience working in a membership-based or retail-driven aesthetic clinic
- Comfort with performing patient consultations solo and closing treatment sales
- Aesthetic industry knowledge and passion for staying ahead of cosmetic trends
